Nocilla’s new Crunchy variety takes centre stage: Idilia Foods unveils its newest creation at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show

New York City, June 2026

The 70th Summer Fancy Food Show, held from June 28 to 30 at the Javits Centre in New York, was the setting Idilia Foods chose to give American buyers a first taste of its latest innovations, presented alongside the consolidated classics of its portfolio.

The novelty flavour, Nocilla Crunchy

This year, all eyes were on the newest addition to the Nocilla family, presented as an exclusive preview while its U.S. labelling is finalized ahead of its arrival in the American market:

Nocilla Crunchy: A playful twist on our classic recipe, adding crispy texture to the smooth indulgence Nocilla is known for.

This new variety generated real excitement at our booth, confirming that innovation remains one of the main drivers of our growth in the U.S.

The novelties shared the spotlight with a selection of the products that are already well established in the market and keep driving our growth, such as Cola Cao (Instant, Original and 0% Sugar), Nocilla (Original, Noir and Cookies & Cream) and Paladin, the traditional thick cocoa powder.

The response from the market confirms that our products resonate with American consumers. The indulgent spreads category is livelier than ever—new propositions such as cocoa and peanut cream spreads keep appearing on shelves—clear proof of a growing consumer appetite that motivates us to keep innovating and stay one step ahead of the trends.

From coast to coast: consolidating partners, opening new doors

The quality of this year’s visitors was exceptional. Over the three days of the show, our team sat down with retailers and distributors in a series of highly productive meetings that served a double purpose: consolidating the business we have built with our current partners, and opening up opportunities with new customers in several states from South Central, East and Northwest areas.

“The U.S. is a highly relevant market for us,” we explained to the press during the event. “That’s why our participation in the Fancy Food Show is both strategic and necessary, not only to introduce our newest innovations, but also to strengthen the relationships we’ve built and explore new collaborative projects.”

Beyond retail, we continue to explore the foodservice channel, new formats, and exclusive collaborations designed around the needs of American consumers.

At Idilia, we believe in bringing “small meaningful moments” to families everywhere—and our growing presence in the U.S. is a natural extension of that mission.

Thank you to everyone who visited us at the Summer Fancy Food Show. See you next year!
