For this recipe we recommend ColaCao Pure Cocoa.
Ingredients
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 270 g flour
- 45 g ColaCao Cacao Puro
- 12 g baking powder
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt
- Beat the milk, egg, sugar and salt in a bowl with a hand whisk.
- Separately, mix the flour with the ColaCao Pure Cocoa, baking powder and sift.
- Add the sifted ingredients to the previous mixture and mix gently until well blended.
- Then add the oil and beat the mixture with the help of an electric mixer until it is creamy.
- Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC with the fan.
- Pour the muffin mixture into greased muffin tins or paper cases and bake in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Tip!
You can put some nuts or chocolate chips in the mixture.
If you leave the mixture to rest overnight, it will gain in flavour.
You can make mini muffins or large muffins with the same recipe.
