Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Nocilla Original — you can also use Nocilla Noir for a richer, more intense chocolate flavour, or Nocilla 0% Sugar Added for a lighter version.
- 300 g strawberries
- Sliced almonds
- Icing sugar
Step-by-step instructions
1. Pre-bake the dough
Preheat your oven to 180ºC (356ºF). Bake the pizza dough for about 4 minutes until it’s lightly golden and firm.
2. Add the chocolate spread
Spread Nocilla evenly over the surface of the pizza. Bake again for 1 minute to slightly warm the spread.
3. Add toppings
Remove from the oven and top with sliced strawberries and almonds. Finish with a light dusting of icing sugar. That’s it – ready to enjoy!
