The 2025 edition of Anuga, the world’s leading food and beverage trade fair, broke all previous records. From 4–8 October, more than 8,000 exhibitors from 110 countries gathered in Cologne to showcase the latest innovations shaping the global F&B industry.
Over 145,000 trade visitors from 190 nations took part, eager to discover new products, experience emerging trends, and build valuable international partnerships. The event attracted strong participation from key European markets such as the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, as well as from major global players including Brazil, China, Japan, Canada, and the USA.
With 94% of exhibitors and 80% of visitors coming from abroad, and ten specialized trade shows under one roof, Anuga once again proved itself as the undisputed global platform for the food and beverage industry.
Idilia Foods was proud to exhibit in the international pavilion, presenting the beloved ColaCao cocoa powder range and the Nocilla cocoa & hazelnut spreads. The spotlight, however, was on our newest innovation — the Nocilla “Barrita” snacks: deliciously soft bars filled with creamy Nocilla, offering the perfect balance of indulgence and convenience. These on-the-go treats captured the attention of visitors looking for innovative, high-quality snacking solutions.
