Idilia Foods expands U.S. presence with new launch at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show

Idilia Foods proudly took part in the 69th Summer Fancy Food Show, held from June 29 to July 1 at the Javits Center in New York, in what marked a strategic step forward in the company’s U.S. expansion efforts.

As one of Spain’s leading food companies, Idilia attended the show with a clear objective: to strengthen the presence of its brands in the U.S. market by attracting new customers and deepening partnerships with existing ones.

Spotlight on Nocilla Cookies & Cream: A promising U.S. debut

The highlight of our participation this year was the launch of Nocilla Cookies & Cream, a delicious new flavor now entering the American market. With its indulgent, creamy texture and cookie-crunch twist, the product was met with enthusiastic response from show attendees.

Already available in select stores across California, we are confident that Nocilla Cookies & Cream has what it takes to become a winning flavor in the U.S., and we look forward to its rollout in many more states over the coming months.

Alongside our latest launch, we showcased some of our most beloved brands:

  • Cola Cao (Original and 0% Sugar): With natural ingredients and a heritage that dates back over 75 years, Cola Cao continues to spark interest among buyers looking for high-quality cocoa beverages with a unique taste.
  • Nocilla Noir: Our premium hazelnut and cocoa spread received excellent feedback for its clean-label ingredients and smooth, indulgent flavor—ideal for consumers seeking both authenticity and pleasure.

Strengthening relationships and deepening our U.S. commitment

During the Summer Fancy Food Show, our team engaged in dozens of meaningful meetings with retailers, distributors, and foodservice professionals. These conversations reinforced the importance of the U.S. as a key strategic market for Idilia.
